Today I’m testing another brand of puff vinyl to use with Cricut. You can make easy crafts using puff vinyl. I'm still on the hunt for high-quality puff vinyl that adheres well and puffs up nicely when heat is applied, as the quality of the vinyl can significantly affect the final outcome of the project. I’m DIY’ing some basic white t-shirts and using puff vinyl to create some cute days of the week tees. These are perfect for any age. These shirts look fun and fashionable but are perfect for any age.
Days of the Week Tees
Materials
Multi Colored Puff Vinyl
Multi Pack TShirts
Iron/ Heat Press (Preferably Heat Press)
Step 1: Set up your Cricut. Gather some puff vinyl and a pack of plain basic t shirts.
Step 2: Use Cricut Design Space to select a font to use for the text.
Step 3: Replicate the text and alter the wording to correspond with various days of the week. Select and "attach" the word.
Step 4: Cut out each word separately and hide all the days of the week except for the one you need. Then, select "make."
Step 5: Click the toggle to mirror the image.
Step 6: Select "Iron on" as the base material.
Step 7: Load the puff vinyl onto the mat.
Step 8: Weed out the extra vinyl from the text on the mat.
Step 9: Place the cut out text on the front of the shirt.
Step 10: Use an iron or a heat press to adhere the puff vinyl to the shirt.
Thats it! Now you have a modern and fun collection of t-shirts. This transformed a pack of basic white shirts into multiple stylish shirts for each day of the week. Comment and come say hi.
