Stunning and Affordable Modern Fall DIY Home Decor

I’m making some new modern and cute fall decor!  I will be creating some of those popular sherpa cozy pumpkin pillows, a cute faux ceramic texture ball footed decor bowl and a decorated candle jar. These are some easy fall crafts to decorate your space for the fall season. Add these sherpa pumpkin pillows as decorative throw pillows on a couch or display on a table.

No Sew Sherpa Pumpkin Pillows

Materials:

• Sherpa Material

• Fiber Fill

• Thread

• Yarn

• Hot Glue Gun
  

Step 1: Gather some sherpa materials and some fiber fill.

Step 2: Cut a large piece of the material that will be used as the pumpkin pillow.

Step 3: Fold the material in half with the sherpa side on the inside.

Step 4: Add hot glue to all of the sides except for one of the sides. Now, it should resemble a sack.

Step 5: Turn the newly formed sack inside out.

Step 6: Stuff the inside with fiber fill.

Step 7: Gather and tie the material using thread or a rubber band.

Step 8: Use thread to tie around the top and wrap around the pumpkin to create ridges.

Step 9: Trim off some of the top that will be used as the stem. Adhere and wrap yarn around the top to create the stem and hide the fabric.

Step 10: Use hot glue to write a catchy phrase on the front of the pumpkin. Use hot glue to write a letter and trace with yarn.

Faux Ceramic Texture Ball Footed Decor Bowl

Materials:

• Large Plastic Bowl

• Tennis Balls

• Spackling

• Acrylic Paint

Step 1: Collect the materials.

Step 2: Paint the outside of the bowl using a couple of coats of acrylic paint.

Step 3: Paint the inside of the bowl. Allow the paint to dry.

Step 4: Spread on some spackling.

Step 5: Add another coat of acrylic paint over the spackling.

Step 6: Paint three tennis balls using the same acrylic paint as the bowl. Adhere the balls to the bottom of the bowl using glue.

Pumpkin Glass Jar

Materials:

• Glass Jar

• Faux Pumpkin Pieces

• Bubble Candle

• Hot Glue Gun

Step 1: Hot glue faux pumpkins to the top of the jar.

Step 2: Glue faux pumpkins on the side of the jar.
